I needed to get a temporary card. Ashley at the customer service counter was extremely friendly, bubbly and efficient. However, checkout was a totally different experience. There were two checkers for the entire store at approximately 5:30 p.m. Both Checkers or asking for a CSO. Took no less than 10 minutes to get a CSO over to help on the first checker. Meantime the Lions kept getting longer waiting for customers to be able to check out.
