(David Giuliani/Patch)ELMHURST, IL – A man and a woman were charged last week in a road rage incident in Elmhurst, police said. Gabriela B. Raia, 23, of West Palm Beach, Florida, was charged with battery. Mark R. Okonieski, 62, of Streamwood, was charged with disorderly conduct. Both were released on bond. About 3 p.m. Thursday, the pair got into an argument, then Raia threw coffee onto Okoniewski and battered him, police said.
