U-46 marching bands to perform at Elgin High School The marching bands from School District U-46′s five high schools will perform in a free public showcase at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, at Elgin High School's Memorial Field, 1200 Maroon Drive. Each band will do a 15-minute program and then receive feedback from a group of clinicians made up of veteran band directors, according to a news release. The showcase performance order will be Streamwood High School, followed by Bartlett, Larkin, South Elgin and Elgin.
